To design the identity for IADT's Visual Communications graduate show Future Proofed 2016. The identity needed to be applied across all platforms including print, web, motion and spatial outcomes. The goal was to create an identity that encapsulates what puts the graduating class of 2016 above the rest. This was a collaborative project with two other designers, Eilidh Brosnahan and Aidan Moore.
The identity revolves around the mantra “We are future proofed.” The identity expanded on the “We are...” to include a large list of what sums us up as a class. We incorporated arrows the create a journey representative of the four years we spent in the IADT Visual Communications course, from newcomers to graduates.
