Later Community
Brief
To create a series of badges for the Later Community forum. These will incentivise users to interact with the forum, allowing them to collect the badges and display them on their profiles. These badges will be awarded for such things as providing answers to users' questions, giving kudos, starting topics, etc.
Outcome
Thirty-three unique badges were created, alongside seven Later Gator avatar images that Later customers could use on their profile. Later Community proved an immediate success, and quickly became an active forum of Later users. Since its launch in 2021, Later Community has garnered over 27k members and thousands upon thousands of posts.
